• Experienced and results oriented IT professional with understanding ITIL.  Certification not required. 
• Certified as a Software Quality Engineer and Project Management Professional with expertise in applying process improvement practices during all phases of the project life cycle with expertise in software testing.
• Responsible for working with cross functional teams to define, capture, and establish CMMI-compliant processes.
• Serving as CMMI process quality, audit, and peer review expert for the Data Warehouse Center of Excellence, evaluating process and project work product quality and effectiveness.
• Introduced and deployed numerous processes to software development and infrastructure projects and programs in preparation for SEI CMMI Level 2, 3, and 4 SCAMPI A appraisals.
• Reviewed and approved project requirements documentation supporting the SEI CMMI practices Requirements Management (REQM) and Integrated Project Management process (IPM) areas, directly contributing to the success of the SEI CMMI SCAMPI An appraisal.
• Highly effective in adapting to change, working with cross functional teams (domestic and international), creating and tailoring processes to meet the needs of an organization.
