Job Description:
 

  • Possess very good understanding of client business needs and proposing technical solutions to meet the customer needs.
  • Very strong customer relationship experience and in presenting company capabilities and solutions effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Provide thought leadership, strategy and lead innovation by exploring, investigating, recommending, benchmarking and implementing technologies for Java, J2EE, .NET, AEM, Mobile , Cloud computing and Big data technologies.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs in collaboration with the internal Solutions team.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to create and maintain relationships at all levels of a customer’s organization. 
  • Possess a good understanding of IT products and trends.
  • Must understand how to work the account and grow the account for new business development within the account and in turn, generating revenue.
  • Must understand the SLA and customer process; work with the delivery or recruiting team to make sure customer needs are met.
  • Excellent follow-up skills are essential for success in this position. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Good understanding of recruiting and sales processes and demonstrated ability to grow future business is essential.
  • This role requires some traveling as needed to further develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
